Daikin Applied (UK) has launched the HTM-Pro T Series, an advanced, compact air handling unit (AHU) designed specifically to meet the demands of UK healthcare premises.

The new unit has been developed
to deliver efficient, hygienic ventilation while addressing the space constraints often faced with refurbishment projects and restricted plantroom installation.

Manufactured and tested in Daikin Applied’s UK facility in Cramlington, the HTM-Pro T Series is fully compliant with the latest NHS ventilation guidelines (HTM 03-01) for healthcare environments. This includes enhanced hygiene, control functionality and ease of maintenance – key priorities for critical healthcare ventilation.

The HTM-Pro T Series includes fully removable slide-out drain trays that require no tools, simplifying hygiene maintenance. Integrated internal LED lighting improves visibility for servicing and inspections, supporting routine maintenance and compliance with stringent healthcare standards. An innovative filter frame design allows filters to be removed without reaching into the unit, improving ergonomics while maintaining a strong seal to ensure no bypass.
