Nuaire has celebrated the exceptional loyalty and dedication of its employees at a long service awards event – a powerful reflection of a workplace culture that has been built and sustained over generations.

The celebration, attended by 60 colleagues, was held in Nuaire’s home town of Caerphilly, South Wales, close to its headquarters. Presented by Nuaire Managing Director Meirion Richards, the event recognised employees who have reached major service milestones, with particular emphasis on those who have dedicated 25 years or more of their careers to the company.

Installed earlier this year, a large long-service plaque at Nuaire’s offices lists those who have given 30 years’ service to the business, serving as a lasting reminder of the individuals who have played a vital role in shaping the organisation.

Commenting on the event, Meirion Richards said: “This celebration is about more than milestones alone: it’s about recognising the people who have helped build Nuaire into the company it is today, and reinforcing a culture where loyalty is earned through genuine investment in employees.”
