EnviroVent launches MEV range

EnviroVent has launched a range of centralised and decentralised mechanical-extract solutions for houses, apartments and communal residences. They meet the requirements of System 3 in accordance with Part F of the Building Regulations.

The Ozeo compact whole-house unit has multiple-extract points and self-sealing duct connections that pivot 90°. These units can be controlled by intelligent humidity-sensing valves and PIR sensors. This unit is SAP Appendix Q eligible and complies with Energy Savings Trust best-practice performance.

Another unit, the Ozeo EcoWatt CP delivers constant pressure regardless of any ‘boost’ activity in areas such as bathrooms and kitchens.

Finally, the ECO dMEV is a constant-volume individual unit that runs continuously. It has a specific fan power of 0.26 W/l/s and is SAP Appendix Q eligible.
