Flexible plenum box packs flat for delivery

Trox, air diffuser, air conditioning, ventilation

Trox Flextro flexible plenum boxes are available for circular and square ceiling air diffusers. Their innovative design provides a high degree of architectural flexibility, meaning that they can be fitted with a wide variety of ceiling diffusers. They can also be integrated into any kind of ceiling system — including grid, plaster or profiled.

The collapsible design means they can be transported and stored flat at just a third of the height of a plenum box made from steel. They are also only half the weight of a standard plenum box. The overall effect on transport and storage volume is a 60% reduction.

Flextro plenum boxes have an acoustically optimised damper blade for balancing flow rate. The connecting spigot has a double lip seal and interlocks in 15° steps from 0 to 90°. These features improve air distribution across the whole face of the plenum, with lower noise, for higher levels of comfort in the occupied space.
