Watts Industries acquires interest in controls

The acquisition by Watts Industries of Electro Controls has extended its UK offering of HVAC and building-management-system controls. Watts manufactures valves and associated products for plumbing, heating and air-conditioning. Electro Controls designs and assembles a range of electrical controls for the HVAC market.
