Electricity generated by solarPV systems can be stored in the Midnight Sun from Save Energy Group. The smallest unit can store 5 kWh and is 600 mm square and 300 mm high.
This product has been available in Europe for some time and enables a home to become energy self-sufficient for as much as eight to 10 months of the year.
