Bitzer’s New Ecoline series of compressors

Bitzer, compressor, refrigeration

Bitzer’s New Ecoline range of reciprocating compressors covers volumes from 4 to 221 m3/h. They are available for R134a, R404A, R407A, R407C, R407F, R507A, hydrocarbons and the new HFO and HFO/HFKW mix. For high-pressure R410A refrigerants, special Ecoline compressors can be specified.

These compressors are more efficient than those they replace and can be used as a replacement part in existing refrigeration systems. The COP has been improved throughout the series by 6% in terms of the normal points and as much as 12% for the low condensing temperatures that are important for seasonal efficiency.

Compressors with motor version 2 are now for universal refrigeration compressors for full low- and medium-temperature applications. Motor versions 1 and 3 are for heat pumps, medium-temperature applications with R134a and special applications.

Each New Ecoline is has the same pattern of mounting holes and the same pipe connections as its predecessor. Bitzer also offers capacity-control systems for the entire series, and all compressors are suitable for operation with external frequency inverters.
