LED downlights

Aurora, LED lamp, downlight, lighting

Aurora’s Compact C range of integrated LED downlights is aimed at markets where fire-rated products are not always needed. There are three versions — 10, 7 and 5 W; The 5 W version operates at 4.8 W, so it does not need to comply with the energy-efficiency requirements of the current Building Regulations.

These downlights are IP44 rated and conform to acoustic and air-leakage standards. They are available in fixed and adjustable versions.

The C series has an IC driver in the fitting, eliminating the need for a separate driver with an electrolytic capacitor, which is often the first component to fail.

An LEDchroic lens mimics halogen in offering a controlled, even light distribution with high colour rendering and reduced glare.
