Heat-recovery units which all qualify for Enhanced Capital Allowances are the subject of a brochure on its Lossnay units from Mitsubishi Electric. Nine models in the ceiling-concealed RX4 range are covered in the brochure. They improve indoor air quality by using a crossflow heat exchanger of ultra-thin film between incoming and exhaust airflows to improve performance and increase moisture permeability, whiles decreasing air leakage. The new models have a multi-ventilation mode, which allows supply and extract fans to run at different speeds, giving designers the ability to control air volume and pressure in the room. There is also a built-in pre-heater control circuit.
