ICS responds quickly to boiler breakdown

ICS Cool Energy responded to the failure of a boiler system at a primary school by having a temporary installation up and running within just two days. Russ Baker, sales director, said, ‘Our engineers attended the site to undertake a survey within 12 hours of receiving the initial call.’

The existing boiler system comprised two 250 kW boilers that had been on site for over 25 years and urgently needed replacing, but capital was not available until the new financial year.

ICS Cool Energy recommended two 300 kW boilers and a 3000 l bunded fuel tank to deliver heating and hot water throughout the school. The boilers are housed in weatherproof steel containers for external positioning.
