Albion Valves has secured approval from the UK Water Regulations Approval Scheme (WRAS) for its range of solenoid valves, which are now compliant for potable-water applications across the HVAC industry.

Solenoid valves are a vital tool to help prevent water wastage. They are commonly fitted near PIR sensor taps designed for automatic shut-off after use. They are used extensively to facilitate hot- and cold-water services in public places such as restaurants, offices, commercial kitchen, motorway service stations and leisure centres.
