Tridonic LED modules can have colour temperature pre-set

Tridonic, LED, lighting, luminaire

Tridonic has expanded its product portfolio in the Tunable-White segment with the addition of the square Talexx engine QLE Premium LED module. It has been designed specifically for area luminaires in healthcare facilities, offices and educational establishments. People who spend many hours in artificial lighting will be the main beneficiaries.

The Tunable White area system comes as a prefabricated set consisting of four square LED modules with a total light output of 5000 lm and an efficacy of over 130 lm/W.

The colour temperature can be set dynamically between 3000 and 6000 K without affecting the light output. The output can be dimmed to 10% without affecting the colour temperature. This means that a system colour tolerance of MacAdam 3 can be achieved.
