Water-cooled chiller uses Turbocor compressor

Airedale International‘s TurboChill range of water-cooled chillers achieve ESEER values of up to 8.86. Providing up to 1576 kW of cooling, based on four modules, they are single-circuit chillers. Optimised for use with three module variants (1.96 m2 footprint per module), including the low-GWP R1234ze TG310 range, the TurboChill water cooled is a flexible and resilient chiller. They are based on Turbocor compressors.

The scalable modular design enables multiple modules to be connected via a common water side and a integrated multiple-module control strategy. This means that capacity can easily be increased at a later date.

Compact spray-type evaporator technology reduces footprint by 67% and refrigerant charge by 56% compared to a traditional flooded shell-and-tube evaporate of the same nominal capacity.
