Servest buys Arthur McKay

Servest, a facilities-management provider, has acquired building-services contractor Arthur McKay as part of its growth and diversification strategy. Arthur McKay has offices throughout the UK and delivers services ranging from M&E to networks and FM services. The acquisition will help Servest expand and develop its technical expertise and extend its geographical reach.

Arthur McKay was founded in 1958 and its in the top-50 FM companies list, with a turnover of £125 million.

More refrigerant bans possible, says government
