Cooling tower is made of anti-microbial resin

Delta Cooling has launched a range of cooling towers constructed of anti-microbial resin to help prevent the growth of legionella bacteria. The resin contains additives that operate on a cellular level to continuously disrupt and prevent uncontrolled growth of micro-organisms and biofilm in the cooling tower.

The company has produced plastic cooling towers since the 1970s. This anti-microbial version has a distinctive blue colour.
