Andrews has high-capacity boiler package to its hire fleet

Andrews Sykes has added a 1500 kW LPHW boiler package to its industrial fleet, the largest boiler in its fleet. Its introduction follows research by Andrews Boiler Hire that highlights in major projects where large capacities of hot water are required it is often common practice to link several boilers. In many such applications, this high-capacity unit will obviate the need for this proactive, making for a faster and more efficient solution.

This fully packaged boiler hire unit has 3-stage NOx burner technology to minimise fuel consumption and meet all current EU emission legislation. It is fuelled by gas oil as standard but can be converted for mains gas for short- or long-term solutions.

This units requires a 3-phase power supply and can be supplied with its own ADR-approved 10 000 l bunded fuel tank.

The secure vandal-proof steel container has a footprint of 6 x 2.4 m and weighs 8.9 t. It has lifting eyes for ease of unloading on site.
