Full steam ahead with HygroMatik StandardLine

HygroMatik

Humidification equipment specialist HygroMatik, has launched StandardLine, its new steam humidifier solution.

Depending on using purified or ordinary tap water, StandardLine can be supplied with either an electrode or heater element steam humidifier. Providing a steam output ranging from 2kg/h up to 65kg/h, the units are available in 4 cabinet sizes. The electrode steam humidifier processes tap water. Made from stainless steel, the electrodes are durable, making the unit reliable and keeping maintenance costs down.

The heater humidification solution uses steam cylinders with resistance type heater elements suitable for different water types. The heater elements provide a high degree of precision and, when using treated water, guarantee operation with virtually no disruptions and maintenance requirements. To achieve a higher steam output, it is possible to connect StandardLine humidifiers together.

With its emphasis on sustainable solutions, only reusable steam cylinders are used in HygroMatik products. Easy to clean without using chemicals, the reusable cylinders offer an environmentally friendly option to their disposable cylinder counterpart. StandardLine units feature durable parts to provide a longer product life cycle, this includes a heavy-duty blow-down pump that reduces the quantity of scale in the filter, helping to lengthen servicing intervals.

StandardLine features a clear LED display that provides the status of the steam humidifier in a straightforward format. All the important humidifier and process data is presented using simple display icons. An easy to understand menu ensures that operating the unit is intuitive.
