Atag range takes the pressure

Atag Commercial, compact pressurisation units

Atag Commercial has introduced its new PHR range of compact pressurisation units, designed to automatically top up and maintain the minimum pressure requirements for low- to medium-temperature sealed heating, cooling and chilled water systems. The floor standing and wall mounted units remove the need for cold water header tanks and associated pipework, while also eliminating reliance on mains pressure to provide the system head.

Each PHR pressurisation unit is enclosed in a powder coated steel casing, with a removable cover providing access to all internal components. All models have a 7.6 litre capacity break tank, pump non-return valve and plant interlock circuit, as well as volt free contact for low and high system pressure. Plus, integral, comprehensive safety circuits (to shut down plant in the event of a fault) ensure compliance with health and safety requirements at all times.

The PHR T is a floor standing twin pump model, available with electronic controls. Two wall-mounted single pump models complete the range, with the PHR E also boasting a backlit LCD display, micro-processor control and pump kick function.
