Unitrunk carries it all
Cable management specialist, Unitrunk, has supplied the company’s RIS (Rapid Installation Systems) Uniklip cable tray and EasyConnect cable basket as part of a fast-track school extension programme at Histon and Impington Junior School in Cambridge.
Specification of the Unitrunk RIS cable management systems has been driven by the business-critical requirement for faster installation. Uniklip and EasyConnect products were specifically selected by the electrical contractor after they witnessed reduction in installation times by as much as 50% by using the Unitrunk systems on a previous project in Cambridge.
The majority of the installation will be the EasyConnect cable basket system which will be used in various sizes to provide containment for power, lighting, data networks, fire alarm and intruder alarm systems.
