SES’s high-flying apprentices

SES
Nine apprentices from contractor SES flew high over the crowds recently at SED 2004. They were given the opportunity when powered-access-supplier Nationwide invited the company to provide operatives for fully accredited IPAF and CPCS training to be given live at the show. Christine White, national training manager with SES, said, ‘Nationwide kindly invited us to provide operatives for their training sessions at SED 2004, and we were delighted to accept. We felt this was an ideal opportunity for a selection of our apprentices to be accredited on powered access equipment. I am proud to say all nine of them passed the test. This means they have achieved their PAL licence and can operate this type of equipment over the next five years., which is of great benefit to them and the company.’
