Mitsubishi Electric has extended its R32 offering with the extension of its M Series range to include the MFZ-KT range of R32 floor-mounted units. The range offers more choice for customers looking to switch to the lower-GWP refrigerant with the small- to medium-sized split-type applications.

A seven-day timelock is included in the unit which allows users to control the system increasing the energy saving potential. It also comes complete with three uniquely shaped vanes to allow for optimum air distribution.

The auto-swing function on the unit provides natural and comfortable air flow. There is a built-in refrigerant leak detector and it allows connection to R32 MXZ multi-split outdoor units. The range is available in 2.5kW, 3.5kW and 5.0 kW capacities and the compact design allows for easy installation.

Jordan Jeewood, product manager at Mitsubishi Electric, says: “Mitsubishi Electric is committed to helping our customers reduce their carbon emission through lower GWP air conditioning units. We now offer a full range of R32 indoor unit types, providing unparalleled choice to customers when it comes to product selection.”
