Emergency luminaire is self testing

Menvier
Almost totally recyclable and only 45 mm deep — the Menvier Planete emergency luminaire from Cooper Lighting & Security.
The Menvier Planete emergency luminaire from Cooper Lighting & Security is only 45 mm deep. achieved by using super-thin cold-cathode lamp technology. The use of nickel-metal-hydride batteries and polycarbonate material for the body, lens and baseplate enable virtually all the product to be recycled when it is return to Cooper at the end of its life. A specially faceted reflector design and high-light-output circuit deliver excellent spacing characteristics, so that fewer luminaires are needed. Planete also has an automatic self-test facility as standard. It checks the charging circuit every five minutes, a short-duration test every week and a full-duration test every 10 weeks.
