Improving the lighting performance of metal ceilings

ceilings
A fine-textured finish for metal ceilings from SAS International improves lighting performance.
A fine-textured paint finish is now offered by SAS International for its range of metal ceiling panels and tiles. SAS FT negates the chance of lighting hot spots associated with uplighting and glare occurring. It also increases the perceived flatness of a metal ceiling. The appearance is very similar to emulsioned plasterboard. SAS FT is well suited to large ceiling panels and high levels of natural light, which increases the chance of uncontrolled light reflection. Lighting is evenly directed across the ceiling plane, avoiding specular highlights where light bleeds across the ceiling plane or remains in one place to cause a light hot spot. SAS FT is available on all SAS colours and comes with a 25-year guarantee.
