MITIE supports education in Surrey

MITIE has boosted its association with Surrey Education Business Partnership with Andy White from MITIE Engineering in Farnham volunteering as a mentor to pupils at Ash Manor School in Ash, Surrey. He will be involved with students up to the age of 15 who are not meeting their full potential, offering help and advice and talking through the benefits of working hard at their education and the advantages of going on to college and university. Andy White comments, “The construction industry has a reputation for being an uncaring one, so it is great to be able to put something back into the community in this way. I am hoping that we can make a different to some pupils in both the short and long term.’
