Briggs & Forrester progresses with City office development

Contractor Briggs & Forrester has recently handed over the £1.45 million base-build mechanical-services installation at 1 Coleman Street in the City of London and has moved on to the tenant fit-out works valued at £1.9 million. The project will provide 16 500 m2 of high-quality office accommodation over nine floors. It is an usually shaped island site and is due to be handed over to Legal & General in September 2007.
