Buderus has helped equip a purpose-designed training centre at Lincoln College to provide high-quality facilities for installers and service engineers in the east of England. There are five working boilers in the centre. All are SEDBUK A-rated and represent combi, standard and system condensing technology. Each has state-of-the-art controls. The college trains around 200 heating installers a year, and Buderus expects a similar number of people to attend its training centre in addition. Key issues which they are generally keen to know more about include disposing of condensate, plume management, Part P electrical requirements and options for siting boilers.
