Hattersley at Chelsea FC Academy

A new training academy for Chelsea Football Club has the entire heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems controlled by Hattersley valves. The £12million design-and-build project is a 3500 m2, 3-storey facility with changing rooms, hydrotherapy pools, treatment rooms, dining area, media centre and staff offices. Internal temperature control is a critical feature at the site and the HVAC control valves have had to meet a demanding specification. Hattersley valves are used in the boiler house and for commissioning and isolation throughout the offices and also serve the chillers on the roof.
