Glow-worm introduces two-year warranty on its boilers

All Glow-worm’s SEDBUK A rated boilers now carry a 2-year parts and labour warranty.

Glow-worm now offers a full 2-year parts and labour warranty as standard on all its SEDBUK A boilers. The warranty applies to all combi, open-vent and systems appliances, including Ultracom, Ultracom cx, Flexicom and Ultrapower models. The warranty is supported by Glow-worm’s service organisation of over 200 engineers on the road with 1500 spares in their van to enable a 97% fix rate. There are also 50 service agents and technical experts on the telephone to book service calls and provide advice about faults.
