Plumbing for education sector

Rada

Rada has compiled a suite of products for the demanding needs of the education sector — covering safety, security and hygiene. The collection encompasses digital water-control devices, anti-vandal showering, washbasin taps and ancillary products. The range is outlined in an 8-page catalogue.

At the heart of Rada’s certified TMV (thermostatic mixer valve) offer is T-Logic digital intelligence, enabling the user to operate, communicate and exchange information with the valve to better underwrite safety, hygiene and control.

Leading the T-Logic TMV range is the Sense digital water-control system, described as the UK’s first infra-red no-touch control panel for controlling both the water flow and temperature. Features include inbuilt thermal disinfection function and an automatic duty flush cycle to minimise the risks of infection and contamination from water-borne bacteria.

Rada also offers a range of ‘school-proof’ pre-plumbed shower panels. There are variants for connecting to a TMV or for accepting blended water. All are available with vandal-resistant fixed shower heads.

Other products in Rada’s range that lend themselves to education environments include mechanical mixing valves, mechanical and electronic timed-flow controls, discreet vandal-resistant shower fitting and a wide range of TMV taps and deck- or wall-mounted basin spouts.
