Service contract upsurge for Airvent

Airvent, a leading provider of whole-life services and maintenance for life-saving smoke-control systems, reports an upsurge in new contracts and contract renewals. As building owners, facilities managers and other responsible personnel begin to realise the importance of their obligations under the RRO [Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005], more and more are turning to companies like Airvent to ensure their buildings’ ongoing fire safety.

Recent client wins include a national service contract with the House of Fraser retail chain and the renewal of national service contracts with Home Retail Group (Argos and Homebase) Focus (DIY), TK Maxx, Matalan and Heathrow Airport.
