Grundfos stars in 4-star Hilton Liverpool hotel

The new 4-star Hilton Hotel in Liverpool, part of the £1 billion Liverpool One development features a complete turnkey pump solution provided by Grundfos Pumps. This hotel overlooks the Liver Buildings, Albert Docks and the River Mersey and has 216 rooms and a host of additional facilities.

There are services in an enclosed plantroom on the roof, with additional equipment at mezzanine and basement levels.

The extensive range of Grundfos pumps employed include NBE single-stage electronically controlled standard pumps, complete with inertia bases. Also used are UPS and A-rated Magna circulators. To ensure there is sufficient water to meet demands, MPC-E booster sets have been installed, with the overall system back up by IMpress pressurisation units.
