SES maintains work flow in the north east of England

SES, Contractor
One of a clutch of new contracts for SES is the £20 million South Shields Community School

Building-services contractor SES has completed work at the £20 million Hartlepool Community Health Centre scheme and announced new contract wins for its north-east office totalling £50 million. The state-of-the-art health centre incorporates GP surgeries, a range of PCT services such as community dental services, a minor-operation suite, and speech and language services. There is also a Boots pharmacy.

This experience in the health sector positioned SES well when it recently won a P21 contract at Harrogate Hospital. SES will work with Interserve Project Services to carry out a ward refurbishment. A programme of phased works will add services to a newly created second-storey office area and provide new M&E services to the ward without having to close any other section of the hospital while the work is carried out.

Another contract is for the £20 million South Shields Community School, a new secondary school to replace King George School.
