Vortice fans are very quietly in operation

Vortice twin fans (pictured) and acoustic box fans are designed to run so quietly that they are suited to applications such as museums and libraries. General manager Kevin Hippey says, ‘These void-mounted products offer a new opportunity for specifiers working in environments where combating noise is particularly important.’

The twin fans can run on a duty/standby basis to protect against the risk of failure of one fan. These fans involve long runs of ductwork and have PIR sensors and Class 0 lining in the boxes for quiet running.

Acoustic fans have the same application as twin fans, but with a single fan.
