Landmark Project

alphaLED Lighting Solutions has provided the lighting for a prestigious refurbishment project in Arnhem, Netherlands.

Landmark Arnhem has undergone a transformation into a sustainable, innovative,

future-oriented office space. The multi-tenant building provides a modern working environment for both established companies and new start-ups, featuring exclusive amenities such as extensive catering, a bar, restaurants and state-of-the-art conference centre.

The aim of the design was to create a modern, well lit lighting scheme for the refurbished conference centre to provide tenants with a welcoming place to meet, work and host clients. The innovative lighting design by RoyalHaskoningDHV and the interior design by Fokkema Architects was enhanced with lighting fixtures supplied by Industrielicht.

alphaLED AREA and AXUM recessed downlights were installed in the common areas to create an overall relaxing atmosphere, resulting in a pleasant office environment and lounge, ideal for working, meeting and socialising.

The project invested heavily in sustainability, and the use of the renewed installations has improved the energy performance of the building from label C to A++. The high-end lighting solutions from alphaLED were a key part of the redevelopment, which has created welcoming, flexible working spaces for the new hybrid model that Landmark is promoting for the future of the office space.
