Contributing to the ease of installation of Dunham Bush Concierge fan-coil units for hotel rooms is a painted access panel that becomes part of the ceiling.
Recent enhancements to Dunham Bush’s extensive range of fan-coil units include the launch of the Concierge unit for hotel rooms and the introduction of EC motor options for the Panther, Leopard, Puma and Jaguar series. Detailed design refinements make the Concierge very quiet in operation. The units include controls that can integrate with the BMS. They are quick and easy to install and have a painted access panel that becomes an integral part of the ceiling. For ease of maintenance, units can be removed from below without damage to the surrounding ceiling. Ease of installation is also a key feature of the Cougar, Leopard and Panther horizontal, waterside units for mounting in the ceiling void, the Puma vertical waterside wall/floor-mounted unit and the horizontal, airside ceiling-void Jaguar, Cougar Leopard and Panther units.
