Lochinvar introduces commercial condensing boilers with pre-mix burners

Lochinvar has introduced a new version of its CP-M high-efficiency condensing boiler for commercial use. These wall-hung condensing boilers have pre-mix modulating burners and can incorporate additional on-board options, including control of up to four different zones, providing a cost-effective alternative to a full building-management system. A portable computer can be used to interrogate CP-M boilers to obtain data on how a boiler has been operating since installation and commissioning, enabling the user to determine the correct setting and allowing adjustments to be made. Weather compensation is built in. There are six models in the range, with outputs from 60 to 180 kW. CP-M boilers are particularly suitable for modular installation, with flue headers and manifold pipework available as ancillary options. Sequence control comes as standard. The stainless-steel heat exchanger is robust and durable and suitable for operating pressures up to 6 bar. All components are accessible from the front. Flue options including concentric or twin-pipe balanced flue.
