Zenex boosts boiler performance

Adding Zenex GasSavers to three condensing boilers in the multi-purpose Plymouth Pavilions has solved under-performance issues that resulted to inadequate supplies of hot water. and reduced overall gas consumption by at least 25%. The venue incorporates a leisure pool, ice rink, concert arena and conference facilities. The heating system was struggling to produce hot water and was very energy inefficient. More significantly, the existing heating and plumbing installation was consistently failing to deliver sufficient hot water to the swimming pool showers at peak periods and was very slow getting hot water pumped to the social areas of the complex, taking up to 40 minutes because of the distance from the boiler room and poor ring-main circulation.
