Small and compact, the instantaneous water heater under this sink can deliver hot water in 5 s. It is available from Zip Heaters

It takes only 5 s for the Inline ES instantaneous water heater from Zip Heaters to deliver temperature controlled hot water to its tap. These heaters are small, the size of a paperback book, and available as 3 or 6 kW models. They can be connected to a cold or hot (up to 60°C) supply. Touch-free taps are available for these water heaters.
