Underfloor heating shows its capabilities in science centre

Glasgow Science Centre
Scotland’s newest visitor attraction, the Glasgow Science Centre, is heated by an underfloor installation based on the IPPEC Pexatherm UFH system, which is effective in high-ceiling glazed areas without excessive use of energy. It was specified at the initial construction stage and uses FlexPex, which is easy to lay in conjunction with the established Pexatherm pipe-in-staple system. The venue houses the extensive Science Mall Complex and Scotland’s first IMAX cinema.
