Floor-standing storage combi boiler from Alpha

Alpha Heating Innovation has expanded its InTec range with the addition of a high-output floor-standing storage combination boiler. Created in response to high hot-water demands such as within larger properties and homes with multiple bathrooms, the InTec 50CS includes a 54 l storage cylinder, enabling it to deliver a high volume of hot water. The combi boiler kicks in when the stored water is exhausted.

As this 32 kW boiler (to hot water) operates with a much smaller store of water, it provides domestic hot water at a fraction of the cost of systems with a separate conventional cylinder. An internal manifold with two pumps gives the InTec 50CS the maximum pump head available, enabling it to serve larger heating systems.

Darran Smith, product manager with Alpha, says, ‘The development of the InTec 50CS was a natural progression for our boiler range.’

Dimensions are 850 mm high, 650 mm wide and 600 mm deep. Heating output is 28 kW. This boiler achieves the highest efficiency rating possible in SEDBUK 2005 and 2009.
