Honeywell has increased its responsibilities for Goodman Business Parks with building-services and maintenance contracts for two more parks. The company is now responsible for over 190 buildings on 10 Goodman sites across the UK.

Goodman specialises in creating and operating large-scale business parks. They are strategically located, intelligently designed, proactively managed and offer a range of workspace and mixed-use solutions.

Matthew Eastwood, managing director for Honeywell Building Solutions in the UK, says, ‘Honeywell has been a trusted partner of Goodman for mover than 15 years. Our success is based on our technical expertise, strong customer focus and commitment to results.’

For the two new sites, Honeywell will provide a comprehensive maintenance programme for building services, including planned preventive maintenance, emergency call-outs and replacement parts. Honeywell will also maintain M&E equipment, refrigeration systems, fire alarms and controls and manage specialist sub-contractors to oversee lifts, water treatment and uninterruptible power supplies.
