Ledaire delivers bespoke servery hoods for a London school

Ledaire, kitchen ventilation

Ledaire Fabrications has supplied a pair of bespoke servery extract hoods for a school in London as part of the retrofitting of a servery area fronting the main kitchens and featuring a variety of equipment to keep food hot.

The dull polished, stainless-steel servery extract hoods have integral baffled grease filters and recessed circular halogen lights. One has a curved front, and the other is circular.

The contractor was asked to put together a comprehensive package of equipment to provide ventilation over the servery area where there are items like a pizza oven and bains-marie keeping other food warm. The work included ductwork, fans and controls.
