Vortice supplies central ventilation for housing
Energy-saving Vortice Leto fans have been used for a prestigious residential development in Dickens Heath, Solihull. Originally built in 2005 to high standards using simple Georgian styling, the building has been remodelled into 22 apartments and studios, including a penthouse featuring a roof terrace and garden room.
The Leto central-extract fan runs continuously and has only one break out of the building, which maintains the look of the building facade. Vortice worked with contractor and installer Atlas Electrical (UK) on the project.
David Martin of developer Elegant Homes, said, ‘We determined what type of ventilation we were looking for and where the unit could be housed and easily commissioned before we even specified the product. Vortice helped us to design and plan the ventilation system and advised us on the most appropriate product for our requirements.’
