£3 million Edinburgh contract for Balfour Kilpatrick

Balfour Kilpatrick has been awarded a £3 million M&E services contract on the 19-acre Quartermile development in Edinburgh. The company will supply and install M&E services to the new 7-storey Quartermile Two office building for client Southside Capital and ultimate client Sir Robert McAlpine. The 12-month project is due for completion in winter 2009.
