Building-controls specialist ICS (Eastern) Ltd of Norwich has been awarded Trend Technology Centre status, assuring customers that they will receive a consistently first-class workmanship and access to all the latest Trend products. The TTC programmed is designed to ensure that clients are served by systems integrators that meet the stringent quality requirements defined by Trend.

Lee Harvey, director of ICS (Eastern) (pictured right with Andrew Paddock, regional director of Trend Controls), says, ‘We are delighted to have achieved TTC status. Despite the recent economic downturn, we have continued to show strong and consistent growth over recent years and believe this is due to our focus on repeat business.
