The Commissioning Specialists Association (CSA) has gained sponsorship from two of the largest organisations in commissioning for its Conference in March.

Ashford Environmental Services and Media Control have agreed to sponsor the event and play their part in highlighting the value and importance of good, effective commissioning. The CSA Conference will take place on 31st March 2020 at The Crystal in London’s Docklands area.

Some speakers already confirmed include Ian Ellis of Siemens Building Technologies, Adam Muggleton, the renowned Building Whisperer; Liz Day of CWT Consultants; Terry Sharp, vice president of the BCIA and Nick Till of Banyards. CSA president Mark Todd will chair the event.

One of the CSA’s main objectives is the transfer of information and knowledge to the wider construction industry about the correct way to treat commissioning activities. To ensure that its occupants can properly use any building, commissioning needs to be considered at the very outset of the project, with that consideration continuing throughout each stage of the project from concept through design, planning and installation.

The conference is aimed at developers, architects, main contractors, facilities management consultants and MEP service providers – all of which have a vested interested in ensuring the commissioning phase of any build project is delivered correctly.
