Glow-worm introduces new range of combi boilers

Glow-worm
Sophisticated control — Glow-worm’s new Ultracom range of high-efficiency combi boilers.
Glow-worm’s new Ultracom range of high-efficiency combi boilers is available with outputs of 24, 30 and 38 kW. They all have a back-lit and stylishly designed programmer to give complete control and flexibility over heating and hot-water requirements. They are SEDBUK A rated and have a Class 5 NOx rating — the highest possible. A bottom cover plate hides all pipework for a clean and neat finish. Calls for hot water are responded to in five seconds, and these boilers have 2-stage frost protection and anti-seizure controls. The heat exchanger is of stainless steel for a long, reliable working life. Accessories include a range of intelligent controls that are simple to install. They include Climastat, a simple room thermostat, Climapro programmable room thermostat and Climapro RF wireless programmable roomstat. The controls feed the room temperature back to the boiler, which then modulates the temperature according to inbuilt flow-temperature settings and the temperature of the room air — improving both efficiency and comfort.
